Yard Sale and Other Signs Prohibited in Public Right-of-Way

Sec. 3.109.  Signs, Fixtures and Other Items Prohibited

Except as permitted by Sections 2.704, 2.705, 2.706 and 2.707 in the Essexville Code of Ordinances, no person shall place, put, deposit, plant, install, post, affix or otherwise leave any sign, fixture, planting or items or materials of any kind anywhere within the street or alley rights-of-way in the City of Essexville without written permission from the City. 

Any such sign, fixture, planting, item or materials found in the right-of-way in violation of this section shall be considered abandoned and removed and disposed of by the City.
