PERMANENT ABSENT VOTER LIST
State election laws do not permit a city clerk to mail absent voter ("AV") ballot applications without having received a verbal or written request from the person requesting the AV ballot application. If you wish to have your name placed on a permanent list where you will automatically be mailed an AV ballot application prior to each election in the City of Essexville, you can obtain a "Permanent Absent Voter Form" by using this link.
