Essexville Downtown Development Authority Board The DDA Board members also serve as the City's Brownfield Redevelopment Authority. Since its inception the DDA has participated in the reconstruction of Woodside Avenue, which is the City's principal commercial roadway, purchased several blighted properties downtown for future redevelopment and is presently working on the development of a sixty acre Business/Commerce Park. The DDA sponsors the annual "Kid's Fest", which is held each year in the late summer or fall.
