 NOTICE OF LOCAL CONSTRUCTION AND DETOURS
Information updated: October 4, 2010 LOCAL STREETS AFFECTED: PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS AND SCHEDULES: Burns Street Project: Hampton Township's contractor will be installing forcemain by directional boring under Burns Street from Nebobish Avenue to Woodside Avenue. Schedule: The project is presently under construction. Street restoration is estimated to be complete by October 31, 2010 Traffic and Local Access: Local access will be maintained for all residents on Burns Street and all intersecting streets throughout the construction.
Nebobish Avenue: Nebobish Avenue west of Scheurmann Street will be closed intermittently during the construction of Hampton Township's new pump station located next to Bush School. This project is estimated to be completed Early November. OTHER INFORMATION: We do not anticipate any substantial interruption of waste collection services for either of the above projects and, unless advised otherwise, residents should continue to place their solid waste and recycling out for collection the evening before their regular pickup days. If you encounter unanticipated problems with the construction please contact the Department of Public Works at 893-6101 or City Hall at 893-7192 during regular working hours.
